- You need 1 cup of besan.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of ghee.
- It's 1/4 cup of oil.
- It's 3/4 cup of sugar.
- It's 2-3 tbsp of water.

- Prepare 500 ml of milk.
- Prepare 2-3 tbsp of condensed milk.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.

Crumbled Besan dessert step by step
- First for making rabdi -- in a heavy bottomed pan/ nonstick pan..Add milk and bring it up to boil...Low the flame...And cook until thick...Stir occasionally...When milk gets thick add condensed milk and cardamom powder...Mix well...Cook for a min...And switch off the flame..keep aside..Let it cool...
- Now in a pan heat together ghee + oil.. Switch off the flame..Keep aside...
- In a pan add 3/4 cup sugar along with water...And cook for few minutes (2-3 mins)..Keep aside..
- In another pan add half amount of ghee+ oil mixture...Add besan..And roast till u get nice aromat smell..Or nice colour....Then add prepared sugar syrup (little at a time)..And continue stirring...Add remaining ghee + oil mixture...Stir continuously....And switch off the flame...Let it cool...
- Now for assembling -..Take a serving glass...Add crumbled besan...Then make a layer of prepared rabdi..(over the layer of crumbled besan).And then again fill with crumbled besan.... Garnish with almonds, pista flakes and with cherry...
- Delicious crumbled besan dessert is ready to serve..
